A Comparative Study on the Elements of Course-based Ideological and Political Education#br# of Physical Education at Different Teaching Stages in Universities#br#

Abstract: The construction of course-based ideological and political education in universities requires more in-depth research to
assist in its high-quality development. The study invited 37 experts to extract elements of course-based ideological and political
education from 83 award-winning works in the first National Teaching Design Competition for Integrating Ideological and Political
Education into Physical Education Courses for Vocational Colleges. The 15 most frequently occurring elements were selected as
analysis elements to compare and analyze the differences in the frequency of each element in the five teaching stages of physical
education between individual and collective sports. The study has found that physical education contains multi-dimensional elements
of course-based ideological and political education, and there are differences in the frequency of appearance of each element at each
stage. The reason for this is the difference in terms of the function of the teaching stage, the number of sports participants, and the
characteristics of sports projects. It is proposed to construct an ideological and political chain in classroom teaching according to
specific teaching stages, to cultivate according to the characteristics of the project and maximize the educational effect, to implement
multi-dimensional comprehensive education according to elements of course-based ideological and political education and to integrate
ideological and political elements in the teaching process and establish a collaborative education mechanism.
